Clearing Your Site's Cache
Your Faithmade site keeps a saved copy of each page so it loads quickly for visitors. If you've made a change and can't see it yet, that saved copy is usually why. Clearing it takes a few seconds.
Clear your site's cache
- Log in and visit your site.
- In the bar across the top of the page, hover over Cache.
- Choose Purge This Page to refresh the page you're on, or Purge All Caches to refresh every page on your site.
Only site administrators see the Cache menu. If it isn't there, ask the person who manages your Faithmade account.
To see the current state of your site's cache, choose Cache Status from the same menu.
Clear your browser's cache
Your browser keeps its own copy of pages too. After purging your site's cache, reload the page without it:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
- Phone: close the tab and open the page again, or open it in a private window.
